The oraclebrett.com website (the "Site") is operated by Saturn In Virgo LLC dba Brett d'Arras Astrology and Tarot ("Company"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of oraclebrett.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your records.

Description of Services

oraclebrett.com is an e-commerce site that provides astrology and tarot services, including but not limited to readings, coaching, events, and classes.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be booked through the online booking system. Unless at a scheduled event, all in-person sessions are by request and will be held at Milluminate Holistic Wellness Center.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations are not permitted. Due to the extensive preparation involved in each session, all scheduled sessions will be billed in full, regardless of attendance.

• Missed appointments are non-refundable.

• Emergency sessions will be billed at $450 per hour.

• We reserve the right to decline future bookings if a client repeatedly misses appointments or fails to adhere to these policies.

Electronic Communications

By visiting oraclebrett.com or sending emails to Saturn In Virgo LLC, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically, via email, or on the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you create an account on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity.
